Step 1 : You'd like to know more about the programs, you can reach out directly or fill out the “Enquiry Form” from Contact Us Page.
We then connect over a call to discuss the programs and I will guide you to select the best possible program for YOU. I will share a link to book a consultation call as per our mutual availability.

Step 2 : You register for the Program that best fits your need.

Step 3 : Once you have filled out the detailed assessment form and booked a call, we can get on further discussions regarding your daily lifestyle, health conditions, injuries, choices, likes, and dislikes.

Step 4 : I will share the plan max by 2 working days and then you can start.

Step 5 : The day you start is Day 1 of YOUR Program - the steps ahead depend on the program you chose.

We accept upfront payment - UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards
For the EMI option - you can use your Credit/Debit Card

Discounts are there for our “DOSTI” Packages. Discounts are always there for our Returning Mentees.

All coaching and client handling is done by myself, Sanket - Your JoggerDada.
Team JoggerDada is there to assist with payment and other technicalities.

We will not suggest any slimming supplements. In case you are deficient in any type of vitamins & minerals, you might need one. You may need a Protein Shake if you are not able to complete your protein intake from whole foods. But these are not necessary and we do not force you to have them.

No one can guarantee the number change in the weighing scale.

It is possible for you to lose 10% of your current weight in 3 months (which is healthy fat loss) if

Every Monday - I will share the link to the Check-In Form, remind you of your Check-In Day, and link to set up your Check-In Call

Plans will be updated within 24 to 48 hours max after our call

Check-in days & calls - Tuesday to Friday

*I respect your time and schedule, so we will book the calls to ensure smooth and timely updates to the programs

We do not have any refund policy once you start with the Program. A lot of effort goes on while we plan the program and get on calls to discuss everything, hope you understand and respect the time and efforts.

In case YOU have some genuine reason (health issues or any other mishaps or accidents), we will definitely consider a pause in the program.
