I was already overweight before my pregnancy. So, it was a big challenge to loose all the weight and be the best version of me. Also, I couldn't give up food and diet as I was lactating, so Sanket came to my rescue and he planned the diet in such a way that I never had to leave any of my favourite food.

I have been under weightloss program for 3 months and lost 5 kgs and around 2 to 3 inches.

"The best part about Sanket's mentoring is that instead of putting me on an aggressive but unsustainable routine for rapid results, he taught me how to STAY fit by sticking to a few basics, and to value progress and consistency over perfection. I am a 36 year old guy with a demanding job as well as the responsibilities of being a stay-at-home dad to a three year old. I have neither the time nor the energy to prepare exotic 'weight-loss' meals daily. Sanket built me a meal plan that stuck to my food preferences (even biriyani once a week), had enough quantity that I never felt hungry or low energy, and just cut out the junk. Most people go back to over-eating at the end of programs because they feel they have been starving themselves - I have never once had that feeling.
On exercises - when I started the program three months back, I used to start breathing heavily after climbing one flight of stairs. "Words will fall short if I have to describe the weight loss journey, rather journey of being mobile before I started my tranformation journey under the supervision of Sanket. He has very minutely pescribed the diet chart without omitting out any of the sinle dish I like. And then comes his guidance on weight and cardio training. He has so minutely chalked out my training roadmap, I have never felt too hard to do complete it.

"It was an awesome and wonderful journey....I can clearly remember when it started 4 months back ..I was almost 80kg very bulky..mainly in the work from home time after certain period I realized being fit is the utmost priority..because prior to starting the journey I was taking lot of fast foods , outside foods etc..and falling ill frequently..but after I joined with Sanket da ..it was amazing transformation...initially it was hard to be honest very painful too..especially reducing your food portion and taking daily pain to exercise but that was matter o hardly 15-20 days initially..after that I'm getting used to it..Yes occasionally something missed and few deviations happened but nothing is ideal in this world right ?..most important thing I realized yes not to loose hope and keep going ...and here I like to thanks a ton to my trainer come mentor ..Sanket da..he pushed me a lot..helped me always ..and sometimes being harsh for my good but see it all comes for a cause..Now I am 70 kgs..(infact to be precise 69.35, first time my weight went below 70 in past 8 years)..Though the journey started to become fit only but it gives a lot of opportunity to improve myself.. I started this journey with 66.5kgs now I reached 61.75kgs just in a tym span of 40 days probably even after facing health problems you were with me guided me and supported all my way. I was into some weight loss programs went to gym I lost my weight everywhere but it wasnt consistent bcz all my trainers told me to starve or not to eat rice. It has been a good weight loss journey with Sanket. Before having him as my fitness coach, I had tried a lot of things to lose weight like having oats only for dinner, home workouts ,going to the gym etc but the scales never budged . After he became my fitness coach, he had given me a diet which was healthy and tasty and not difficult to maintain. I had some issues with my left knee so he always made sure that my workouts were planned accordingly which wouldn't hurt my knee. He was a great trainer and was very patient with all the questions I had. He even motivated me during the times when I wouldn't lose any weight. With this diet I even started getting a clearer skin and started feeling better and more confident. A big thanks to Sanket for being an amazingtrainer.
